Help ME!!!!
I keep going to cutest blog on the block, picking me out a new background, copying it, going to add a gadget, clicking on HTML or whatever, pasting the blah blah and clicking save, just like the instructions say and NOTHING happens. Please send me some elementary instructions on how to change this stuff!!!!

Hey Shawna! I did the same thing a while back and it drove me crazy. What you have to do is delete your current blog's HTML and copy and paste your new one in the same block! :)
